We accept returns for our products within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. To initiate the return, please send an email to [email protected] with the order no. and concern in the subject line. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your return request.

However, there are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service, in the said case you can self-ship your product to the address you’ll receive in your email through any reliable courier service.

The product should be unused with the original tags and packaging intact and it should pass the quality check for the return to be processed. If the quality check fails, the product will be sent back to the customer in the same address. Upon passing the quality check, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse. The same will be reflected in your selected mode within 7 to 10 working days of the initiation.

Cancellation of the product is possible within 24 hours of placing the order. To initiate the cancellation, please send an email to [email protected] with the order no. and concern in the subject line.

Refunded amount will be credited in the selected mode within 7-10 working days.

We accept exchange for our products within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To initiate the exchange, please send an email to [email protected] with the order no. and concern in the subject line.

a) If you choose to exchange an item purchased by you within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.

b) If you choose to exchange the item on Roarhigh for any other item of the same or different value from Roarhigh. In this case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you. The differences if any will be reflected in your selected mode within 7 to 10 working days of the initiation of the transaction.
